Return Policy
- When the Return/Replacement Window Starts.
Your return and replacement time windows begin on whichever happens first:
- The date your productis delivered
- 30-Day Return Policy
30-Day Returns (Refunds) You may request a return within thirty (30) days, provided all conditions below are met:
- A Return Authorization (RA/RMA) is required before shipping anything back.
- Items must be returned in the original manufacturer packaging. If original packaging is lost and replacement packaging is required, packaging and shipping costs may be deducted from the refund.
- Items must be complete with all accessories, manuals, documentation, and included parts.
- Items must be in saleable condition and show no signs of misuse, abuse, or unauthorized modification.
- For non-defect returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping. Original outbound shipping/handling charges are non-refundable.
- Refund Amount Schedule (After Inspection)
Refund percentages are of the product price paid, excluding original shipping/handling, taxes where non-refundable by law, and third-party financing fees.

Missing packaging and/or minor missing non-essential inserts (approved case-by-case); packaging replacement costs deducted | Up to 70% |
Used with noticeable wear, damage, missing essential parts, misuse indicators, or inadequate return packaging damage | 0–50% or return refused |
Additional deductions may apply, including carrier interception fees (if applicable) and the cost of replacement packaging and outbound shipment of that packaging.
