RobiDuo

RobiDuo

RobiDuo deeply integrates a 6-axis collaborative robotic arm with a 3D vision system. Retaining its lightweight chassis design, this model is equipped with a newly added aluminum alloy robotic arm module featuring a 600mm working radius, paired with an electric flexible gripper at the end to support dynamic load grasping.

By integrating an RGB-D depth camera with 3D vision algorithms, it enables multimodal precise recognition of colors, shapes, feature points and more. Coupled with adaptive path planning algorithms, the robot can achieve 2D coordinate positioning and dynamic obstacle avoidance in complex environments.

The system adopts a modular architecture with an open ROS control interface, and the robotic arm is compatible with Python/C++ development environments. Users can program or deeply customize robotic arm trajectories and grasping strategies via a visual interface.

Built-in high-performance main control units separately handle navigation logic and AI vision computing, supporting teaching and light industrial scenarios such as SLAM mapping, object sorting and automatic palletizing. Combined with a pre-built deep learning model library and open-source algorithms, it allows rapid deployment of embodied intelligent applications including intelligent warehousing and retail logistics.

Eliminate the need for separate conveyors, lift tables, and stationary arms

Dual-Arm Coordinated Gripping: Two Z-axis robotic arms with adaptive end-effectors perform complex manipulation: handling irregular objects, opening doors, or performing delicate assembly. Enables true bin-picking and kitting operations.

Flexible Assembly Line Feeding: Deliver kits of parts directly to workstations, with arms presenting components ergonomically.

Robot Vision

Fully Automated Mobile Chassis: Advanced navigation (LiDAR/vision-based) for reliable, untethered movement in structured and semi-structured environments.

Simple, Centralized UI

Command the entire system—from fleet management to individual arm trajectories—through a single, web-based dashboard. No specialized robotics programming needed for most tasks.

Integrated Mobile Lifting Platform

Provides precise vertical actuation (±X mm) with a payload capacity of 120 kg. Enables tasks like palletizing, machine tending, and shelf access.

Factory Automation:
Flexible Assembly Line Feeding: Deliver kits of parts directly to workstations, with arms presenting components ergonomically.
Palletizing & Depalletizing: Lift, grip, and stack boxes or bags onto pallets or conveyors autonomously.
Machine Tending: Open safety gates, retrieve finished parts, load raw materials, and close up—all without human intervention.
In-Plant Logistics: Transport WIP (Work-in-Progress) between departments, including loading/unloading from shelves or racks.
